RETURN/ REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns.

In the case of damage during shipment, please reach out to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) and submit a claim. Garden of Memories Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages; and in this case, please contact your carrier and submit a claim. We kindly ask that prior to contacting us, please supply us with the proper claim information.
